The Outlook
This picture was taken on a foggy Nov. day, but on
a clear day there is a lovely view overlooking the gardens across the street and the North Shore Mountains.

At the "Westerlies Complex" there are 2 concrete hi-rise apartment buildings situated on a 3 acre site and between the buildings are lovely manicured gardens and a tennis court for the owners use.
